Minneapolis firm sees a third consecutive year of increased revenues
Minneapolis, Minn. (February 25, 2020) – A focus on generating revenue for clients in the agribusiness and food industries has translated into an exceptional period of growth for CLUTCH, a business acceleration firm based in the Twin Cities.
After starting inside a large communications firm as a business diversification strategy in 2015, CLUTCH spun out and began its independent journey in January of 2017 with just three employees. Fast forward to 2020 and the firm has grown to 15 employees and experienced 400 percent growth in revenue in just three years.

“In the B2B space you hear a lot of discussion about technology-based marketing, which we also do in our mix of services as well, but at the end of the day, a great deal of selling is done on a person-to-person basis,” said Schroeder. “So your strategy can be on point, and your messaging and marketing approach is solid, but if your sales team doesn’t have the knowledge and skills they need to bring that forward, all of the work done to set up the opportunity is not going to be as successful as it could be.”
Schroeder said CLUTCH has stayed true to the focus in which they operate from the start: agriculture, food and complex B2B spaces.
