Minneapolis firm adds staff and expands focus on audience engagement
Minneapolis, Minn. (October 15, 2020) CLUTCH, a hybrid consultancy and agency focused on helping B2B companies and organizations find and reach their peak potential, continues to grow with the addition of two new team members and advancement of a long-time employee.
Maddy Haigh joins the Minneapolis-based firm as a Designer, while Whitney Kimm takes on the role of Manager, Marketing and Operations. Haigh and Kimm join the fast-growing company that has seen triple-digit growth since spinning out from a local agency to be an independent firm at the beginning of 2017. Haigh and Kimm join a veteran team of strategic marketing, sales, communications, and business professionals who have worked for and with the leading brands in food and agriculture.

Haigh’s role at CLUTCH will focus on creative representation of brand and brand strategy, events and tradeshow promotion, packaging development, collateral and sales support, and digital campaigns and assets.
Kimm comes to CLUTCH with a background in the agency and services business. In her role at CLUTCH, she will focus on lead generation, as well as internal and external communications and operations. She brings experience in working with C-level executives, internal communications and marketing across multiple industries.
At the same time, CLUTCH is announcing the promotion of Duncan Salyer to Director of Media and Audience Engagement. Salyer was one of the first CLUTCH employees and brings a diverse background of engagement strategy, analytics, and reputation and digital campaign development. Prior to CLUTCH, Salyer worked at several Twin Cities agencies in account management, insights and public relations roles.
