We’re Uncovering Opportunities in 2021

There’s no nice way to say it, so good riddance to 2020! We’re ringing in 2021 with unlimited amounts of optimism and a determination to find undiscovered opportunities for our clients and ourselves. And that’s what this newsletter is all about… opportunity.

You see, coming out of a year like 2020 is both exhausting and exciting. The challenges we were all faced with were met with tenacity and courage. They likely uncovered new ways of working, new markets, new audiences, maybe even new products. They separated the true leaders from the rest of the competitors. So to me, 2021 will be a year of new perspectives, giving all of us a chance to leave what wasn’t working behind, and to put real resources behind our next big success.

For those of you who know me, I’m an unwavering optimist. One of my favorite inspirations is a quote from Winston Churchill, who said, “An optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty.” When I look in the rearview mirror at 2020, it’s clear that the difficulties of navigating each hurdle the year gave us were challenging. But when I look forward and see 2021 before us, I see a year full of potential moments to make a difference, help others and secure our futures. And the reason I’m so optimistic about 2021 is because the team at CLUTCH is the strongest team we’ve ever assembled.

We have just the right mix of experienced veterans and young energy; creativity and business know-how; deep roots in agriculture and food and those still new enough to ask good questions. It’s this balance of strengths and backgrounds that bring unique and impactful solutions to our clients.
