Meet Alyssa Hammerschmidt

With experience managing brands in pet food, renewable fuels and animal agriculture; a strategic mind and a knack for tactical execution; and a track record of understanding and surpassing client expectations, Alyssa Hammerschmidt has the perfect mix of agency and client experience to lead the CLUTCH Client Success team.

While Alyssa’s product experience is widely diverse, what is consistent is her commitment to challenging norms, risk assessment and integrating business perspectives with creative strategy. A lifelong learner, she loves to surround herself with people who bring different ideas to an issue so she can understand new possibilities and opportunities that may exist.

Working with companies and brands like Performance Pet Products, sWheat Scoop, Artex, and Farmers Union Industries, her years of experience include new product launches, relationships with major pet and ag retailers, customer loyalty programs and managing multi-million-dollar communication budgets.

Alyssa regularly taps into her track record of effective growth and innovative approaches and creative solutions, quickly becoming a valued and trusted partner to CLUTCH clients.  She loves the challenge that comes with change – be it a new product, integrating multiple brands or aligning a sales and marketing team – and she manages her work and relationships with honesty and transparency.

The Hammerschmidt family, which includes Alyssa’s husband and four kids, lives in Redwood Falls, Minnesota – in the heart of farm country. Alyssa spends her free time in the kitchen, likely looking for ways to improve her already delicious recipes.
