Starting her career in the food industry, Erin brings food branding, franchisee training, consumer research and menu management to the CLUTCH team. A product of the University of Minnesota in Duluth, she has a deep understanding of the food product life cycle from ideation to implementation. Erin was responsible for implementing a marketing plan for a co-branded restaurant, built from two legacy brands with strong brand equity. Navigating that opportunity while staying true to the individual brand personalities was key to that success. Erin is also a phenomenally detailed project manager, helping clients and internal projects stay on strategy, on track and on budget.
