President + Founder
Troy’s 20+ years of hybrid experience on both the agency, consulting and client side gives him a unique perspective, and the ability to bring both blue-sky thinking and rubber hits the road perspective to problems. It allows him to quickly understand organizations, build consensus, and determine what success looks like — to both the business and its customers. Troy is able to combine sound strategy with innovative technology and tactics to consistently drive growth for leading brands across construction, agriculture, food and other B2B industries.
SVP, Agribusiness + Comprehension
Mike is an entrepreneurial business leader with 20+ years of experience in agriculture food production and manufacturing. Mike grew up on a farrow-to-finish hog farm where he raised purebred Yorkshires. He brings expertise in new product development and pipeline management, new market development and expansion, distribution and dealer development, sales and marketing. Mike’s work stretches across categories from crop production to seed corn and vegetables to specialty and permanent crops, vineyards and dairy. Mike has led export strategy and marketing for some of the top brands in agriculture, including John Deere. He also brings scientific credibility to CLUTCH as a trained agronomist.
SVP, Client Satisfaction + Strategy
Kiersten has spent her career creating and driving integrated branding campaigns for a combination of trade associations and Fortune 100 companies. Early in her career she worked with several ag commodity trade groups, driving preference for products ranging from industrial soy feedstocks to pork and beef. She’s adept at building both B2B and B2C brands and has had success in numerous sectors ranging from outdoor lifestyle and packaged goods to sustainability and construction.
VP, Client Satisfaction + Growth
Alyssa is a change manager that loves the process of transformation and challenging the status quo. With experience growing multichannel businesses in both established and transformational environments, Alyssa has a broad knowledge of all aspects of sales, marketing and business development. Through her industry experience in pet, consumer packaged goods, and agriculture, she has a track record of driving growth through innovative approaches and outside the box thinking to solve problems.
VP, Reputation + Influence
A graduate of the Mizzou School of Journalism, Cindy started her career at an agency in St. Louis, working for both trade associations and Fortune 500 companies. She has since spent time on both the client and agency sides, specializing in building reputation campaigns for industry organizations. In 2010, Cindy helped shape and start the U.S. Farmers & Ranchers Alliance, an effort to unite the agriculture industry to increase consumer trust and confidence in the food farmers and ranchers grow and raise. Now back on the agency side, she leads the CLUTCH Reputation + Influence discipline to help clients identify opportunities to lead in their respective categories and build brand reputations that position themselves for long term success.
VP, Data + Digital
Dennis has spent the last two decades in the data arena, designing end-to-end platforms, managing multiyear technical roadmaps and launching innovative data products for agencies and media companies. While on the media side, he worked with a portfolio of construction companies within the BridgeTower Media portfolio (Carolinas Project Center, Leads & Data Center, Daily Journal of Commerce, DJC Oregon, Finance and Commerce, Wisconsin Project Center), setting up lead generation programs and the databases behind them to collect and share leads with construction companies across the country. As a data pioneer, he uses digital-first and data-first thinking in terms of strategy development all the way through to execution, delivery and measurement.

Chris is a resourceful problem solver and uses her creative, strategic and analytical skills to get work done both effectively and efficiently. With over 20 years of integrated agency and client-side experience alike, she’s helping position CLUTCH for future growth. She streamlines the workflow process, and is instrumental in driving change related to resourcing, estimating, budgeting, efficiency and more.
