Digital Designer
Roles + Responsibilities
- Concepting, development, editing, and production of digital, video, and print design.
- Editing video footage and creating animations and motion graphics.
- Assisting on video shoots (interviews, B-roll, drone is a plus)
- Knowledge and execution of layout, typography, color and production.
- Ability and willingness to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Continually learning to keep skills and industry knowledge current.
Required Skills + Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Post-Secondary Occupational Education in Design
- Three to five years of experience as a designer with a specialty in digital, video editing, and animation
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programs including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign and XD/ Figma
- Extensive experience with digital projects, branding, and campaign execution
- Experience with motion graphics and animation (3D modeling and 4D cinema, a plus)
- Experience with front end web design and UI/UX, a plus
- Knowledge of video production and post-production processes
Client Success Director
Roles + Responsibilities
- Establish, strengthen and expand relationships with clients and the full CLUTCH team to deliver excellent client service, aligning with the CLUTCH client experience expectations.
- Develop creative solutions, identify opportunities, and coordinate initiatives to promote client engagement and drive client success.
- Facilitate annual planning with clients and department leads and review progress on a quarterly basis.
- Lead overall strategy implementation and alignment, tactical execution and budget and timeline management on behalf of client and CLUTCH.
- Ensure clients maximize their success with CLUTCH deliverables + support.
- Take a consultative approach to learning, understanding and supporting client business objectives and needs.
- Facilitate cross-functional teams to deliver creativity and business acumen to drive growth and opportunity for clients and prospects.
- Partner with all internal CLUTCH functions to assist in the management and implementation of all assigned client projects, including budget, timeline, resources, scope of work, change requests, etc. as needed.
- Serve as the voice of the client internally and the voice of CLUTCH externally – and acting as the trusted voice of the client by bringing insights into strategy and business development.
- Lead and develop team members by coaching, training and identifying areas for growth.
- Understand the CLUTCH business model and deliver results.
- Identify new project opportunities and develop action steps to secure them with assigned client(s).
- Support CLUTCH new business in our focus industries and offerings.

- Experience in agriculture and ag integrated systems

Program Manager
Roles + Responsibilities
- Manages approved client programs and projects from start to completion, including budgets and timelines.
- Partners closely with CLUTCH client success on day-to-day program implantation.
- Drives a RACI model across all projects and programs, shifting through the lifecycle of the initiative.
- Works directly with client counterparts in advancing approved projects and programs.
- Serves as an internal collaborator and integrator, ensuring the right internal resources are brought into projects at the right time.
- Creates and updates project schedules and status reports to ensure deadlines are met and client is informed.
- Works with both CLUTCH team members and outside contractors as needed, as an extension of CLUTCH team, to bring projects to life.
- Works directly with client counterparts in advancing approved projects and programs.
- Ensures highest level of quality in work as it progresses through the CLUTCH process.
- Seeks opportunities to enhance programs and/or sell additional work to assigned clients.
- Assists with workflow/assignments when projects move from Projects to Partners.
Required Skills + Experience
- Bachelor’s degree and/or commensurate experience
- 7-10 years of experience in a program manager and/or marketing role
- Experience managing a wide variety of print and digital projects, preferred
- Proficiency in programs such as the Microsoft Office Suite, Asana, Sharepoint and SalesForce
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at one time
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable
